Participant cancellations: All cancellations must be
advised in writing ( by mail, fax, or e-mail) to TCI tours
prior to departure during normal business hours (9:00 am to
5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday) Cancellations received
within 60 days of departure date are subject to the
following penalties. Deposit nonrefundable. Cancellation
received between 45 & 60 days before departure subject to
35% per/person penalty, between 15 & 44 days 50% person,
between 1 & 14 days of departure 100% per person
Important: TCI-Tours accepts no responsibility for losses of
expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, flight
cancellations or misconnections due to mechanical problems,
sickness, quarantine, weather, acts of
god, strikes, government action, war, terrorism or other
circumstance beyond its control. Passengers must bear all
